Our Story

Started with international brands.
Built for everyone.

Most retail brokers and distributors focus on domestic brands that already know how the system works. We started on the other end - helping international CPG companies enter the US market from scratch. That meant learning FDA compliance, import logistics, retailer onboarding, and distributor requirements simultaneously, on live deals.

That experience gave us something most operators don't have: a complete picture of the retail supply chain from the outside in. When you've had to explain US retail to a brand that's never been here, you understand every layer in a way that's hard to get otherwise.

We took that knowledge and built it into a system - one that works for emerging domestic brands and global brands alike. The result is what we call the retail operating system: a set of services, relationships, and processes that covers everything from packaging to purchase orders.
